Food Safety Management
As quality starts right at the source, ASCONA selects exclusive suppliers. Before even considering to adopt a product into its range, ASCONA visits first the factory or processing plant to ensure that it lives up to its high standard of quality & food safety. All its suppliers are ISO and/or HACCP certified.
Ascona’s internal Food Safety Program is based on HACCP Principles and all its employees are professionally trained in Food Safety & Personal Hygiene.
Professional Delivery & Storage
The logistic department with its fleet of well-maintained freezer trucks ensures professional efficient delivery of goods without interrupting the cold chain.
